First Nation Program Manager Training
Indigenous Education Administrators, do you want to attract more members to your higher education and skills building courses?
First Nation project managers and Indigenous education administrators wear many hats in the facilitation of Indigenous training and education for their membership.
They often struggle with having the deep sales, marketing and coaching skills required to capture membership attention, encourage enrolment and gain commitment.
For this reason, we've created a program specifically made to help increase interest and engagement for on-nation sponsored courses.
Program and education managers will learn what motivates people to act and how to more effectively reach out to members using modern marketing and sales techniques that encourage greater interest in learning and advancing economic development.
Modules:
-
Learn how people are wired to get their needs met and what motivates them
-
Understand the core principals of marketing and sales
-
Gain knowledge on how fear holds people back and how to help them overcome it
-
Learn from other First Nation communities who are successfully engaging their membership
-
Develop communication systems and automate processes with tools and technology
-
Generate measurement, milestones, and metrics to gauge your efforts so that you can fine-tune as you go
-
Utilize remote learning hours for questions, guidance and consulting on best practices for marketing and creation of content
Learning system: Combination of in-person teaching/coaching and emails and tel consulting on marketing situations as they arise.
Investment: $3,200 per nation which includes 9 hours in-class, prep and post-work. Workshop timelines are customized to what will work best for your nation.
Materials, prizes and travel billed separately.
