Community Engagement
Build Trust, Strengthen Participation and Move Community Priorities Forward.
Indigenous program managers, land managers, administrators and community leaders often work with many different people, priorities and perspectives.
Whether you are gathering input on a new initiative, communicating changes, supporting community programs, working with leadership or building support for a project, strong engagement skills can make the difference between simply sharing information and creating meaningful participation.
This practical workshop helps Indigenous professionals strengthen the communication, listening and facilitation skills needed to engage community members, leadership, staff and partners with greater clarity and confidence.
Participants learn how to plan engagement, ask better questions, encourage participation, navigate differing viewpoints and turn community input into practical next steps.
