Indigenous Youth Career Development

Empower Youth With Confidence, Money Management and Essential Career Building Skills

46% of the Indigenous population in Canada are under the age of 28 years old. Many youth struggle with low self-esteem and are reaching working age when they start asking themselves that dreaded question, "What Am I Going to Do With My Life and Career?"

To prepare Indigenous Youth to become the leaders and innovators of tomorrow, we created a "Confidence and Career Building Program" specifically tailored for young people between the ages of 16-28 years old.

Participants will learn career, confidence and business skills in a culturally rich and supportive environment that paves the road for their success, whether it is working within an organization that excites them or as an entrepreneur.

The Indigenous Youth Career Development Workshop taught by Loa Fridfinnson is based on a fun and interactive learning experience that includes knowledge building, hands-on practice, games, prizes, videos and shared life experiences.
